2025 Questionnaire Results
The questionnaire results for 2025 indicate that York County residents recognize housing affordability as a pressing issue and are generally supportive of solutions that are practical, collaborative, and fiscally responsible. There is strong alignment around approaches that reduce development costs, improve regulatory flexibility, and leverage partnerships to deliver high-quality, community-compatible housing.
